Rebecca Francis is an Analyst at AeroDynamic Advisory, supporting consulting engagements across commercial aviation, business aviation, aerospace supply chains, and defense. Her work spans growth strategy, market assessment, and transaction advisory for clients across the global aerospace sector.

Prior to joining AeroDynamic Advisory, she built a cross-functional background spanning capital markets and the business aviation industry. Her experience includes hands-on exposure across the value chain at a Canadian company operating as an exclusive OEM dealer and authorized service center, spanning aircraft sales, MRO, avionics, interiors, pilot training, charter, and management operations. That breadth gives her a firsthand understanding of the sector from the operational, distribution, and investment side of the business.

Rebecca previously served as Chair of the Networking Committee for the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) NextGen. She holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honors Specialization in Finance and Administration from the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated as Class Valedictorian and received the Board of Directors’ Gold Medal.

She is also a pilot, often accompanied by her golden retriever, Baron.
