Kevin Klempner is an Associate with a background in the missile defense, electronic warfare, space, and unmanned systems segments.

Kevin entered the industry in his sophomore summer with an internship at Raytheon’s Missile Defense Center performing program control on an AN/FPS-132 EWR $1b+ FMS. He began his full-time career at BAE Systems in the Financial Leadership Development Program in 2020. 
​
In his fond time at BAE, Kevin was on the F-35 EW Production finance team managing the counter measures IPT, as well as all special testing and test equipment contracts. He also was a Program management liaison and finance lead in the emerging space systems portfolio for both pre and post launch contracts, and produced Bids and Proposals for all product families in the Electronic Systems Sector.

After the FLDP, he took a role at BAE’s sector finance team, reporting directly to senior management on key salient issues such as orders, sales, and cash, as well as developing insights through business intelligence dashboards.
​
Following completion of his MBA from NYU Stern in May 2024, he joined AeroDynamic and has been working on market analysis, strategy, and transaction diligence engagements in the key areas of military aircraft production/sustainment, UAS/C-UAS, and commercial aviation.  
​
Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys history, culture, skiing, and fishing.
