Kevin Klempner

Associate

Kevin Klempner is an Associate with a background in the missile defense, electronic warfare, space, and unmanned systems segments.

Kevin entered the industry in his sophomore summer with an internship at Raytheon’s Missile Defense Center, performing program control on an AN/FPS-132 EWR $1B+ FMS. He began his full-time career at BAE Systems in the Financial Leadership Development Program in 2020.​

During his fond time at BAE, Kevin was on the F-35 EW Production finance team, managing the countermeasures IPT as well as all special testing and test equipment contracts. He served as a program management liaison and finance lead in the emerging space systems portfolio for both pre- and post-launch contracts, and produced bids and proposals for all product families in the Electronic Systems Sector.​

After the FLDP, he took a role on BAE’s sector finance team, reporting directly to senior management on key issues such as orders, sales, cash, and profitability. Following completion of his MBA from NYU Stern, he joined AeroDynamic.​

Kevin has worked on numerous market analysis, strategy, and transaction diligence engagements across all segments. He is responsible for AeroDynamic’s proprietary Global Military Aircraft Sustainment database and is leading intellectual property development and market research in the key areas of guided/unguided munitions and C-UAS/UAS.

Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys history, culture, skiing, and fishing.
